Jennie Edgar is a women’s health coach, clinical herbalist, and RN candidate at Yale, where she is pursuing advanced practice licensure as a women’s health nurse practitioner and midwife. Her work integrates clinical training with over a decade of experience in community-based care, including doula work, childbirth education, and herbal medicine.

Before entering the medical field formally, Jennie spent years guiding women through fertility, postpartum, and hormonal transitions using a personalized, root-cause approach. She developed The Fertility Ecosystem™, a framework grounded in exposome science, functional nutrition, and traditional healing modalities. Her philosophy blends evidence-based care with intuitive, whole-body listening.

She holds a master’s degree from Harvard, trained in multiple herbal traditions, and has studied under leading voices in integrative medicine. Her background also includes work in meditation, breathwork, and somatic tools that support long-term wellness.

Jennie lives in upstate New York with her husband and two children. Her coaching practice is evolving alongside her training, and she offers both in-person care and virtual support to women navigating the most meaningful seasons of their lives.
