Women’s Fertility Coach

After a decade of supporting women’s wellbeing, I have honed a tender-hearted and deeply attuned method of caring for my clients, many of whom have been misdiagnosed, dismissed, or hurt by the medical system.

My practice offers an intimate, gentle, and heart-centered approach in which my clinical rigor is paired with your somatic intelligence and emotional intuition in service of your health goals.

Together we will consider the ecosystem of your life in relation to your challenges and ideal outcomes, treating symptoms as intelligent information. I offer kind, long-horizon care for sustainable and transformative results.

Tending to women and the most intimate facet of their lives has been my calling since I was a teenager, reading books like Spiritual Midwifery and understanding that attentive connection, being seen, and rituals of meaning-making should never be separate from medical care, healing, and flourishing.

If this resonates with the care you seek, please reach out to me by email or book a discovery call. We all need trusted advocates on our team; I am here to be that person for you.

I welcome all who identify as a woman with open arms into my practice.

“After hitting a wall with my doctors and all the resources I explored, I tried coaching as a last resort because I wanted to empower myself to take my health into my own hands. I didn’t realize I would find such a kind and compassionate friend who helped me find health in my life by making big and subtle changes, in ways I never thought possible. It sounds cheesy but if you’ve been putting off your health because you’re overwhelmed you need to work with Jennie! I’m so glad I did.” —Sara

“I am so grateful to have met Jennie and worked with her for a few months. Her support and guidance have truly been a beacon of light during a challenging time for me. Going through fertility issues can feel isolating and lonely, but her empathy, expertise and encouragement have made such an impact on me. Jennie taught me to nourish myself in ways I hadn't even considered, and I continue to apply her knowledge daily. My nervous system feels more regulated, and I am beginning to surrender and I feel hopeful about my life and bringing my baby into the world.” —Scarlett

“When I wanted to have a baby in my late thirties I knew I needed to start taking care of myself because I had never really prioritized my health. Working with Jennie on my sobriety was the first step, and it took 18 months but I couldn’t have done it without her encouragement and accountability. Not only that but she taught me to cook, shop for health groceries and organize my pantry — from Zoom! I still send her photos of my meals because I’M PROUD OF MYSELF and I owe it, in part, to her as my coach. Thank you!” —Mia

“There are so many wellness influencers out there I was skeptical about working with a health coach, but I’m here to say that Jennie is the real deal. She knows the science and she’s grounded, but she also trusts in intuition and experience. I loved that I could trust her, but also be vulnerable with where I was coming from and what mattered to me.” —Brit

“I’ve been working with Jennie since 2023 and I could totally stop coaching and maintain my weight and exercise habits on my own, but she’s just so nice to talk to that I don’t plan on giving up this inspirational and motivational hour in my month anytime soon!” —Sarah

“When I first came to Jennie I had debilitating digestive issues and really thought that I would never live a normal life. Not only did she support and listen to me, but she combed through every test and trial I went through. We also did an elimination diet, which was hard but being able to text and send voice notes with a coach really got me through it. It was a crazy time, but I think I found so much peace working with Jennie. She’s really a one-of-a-kind listener. After almost a year, my symptoms are completely gone. I have a “strict” regimen I need to follow because I’ve identified all my triggers and a lot of them are my favorite things like gluten and alcohol and sugar! I would probably still be bloated and in pain without Jennie because I would not know where to start and how to live with all my modifications I need to have being a busy working mom. I am so so grateful I have my life back.” —Eleanor

My work centers women’s reproductive and hormonal health, with particular depth in fertility and fertility challenges. I hold, however, that true wellbeing is never isolated to a single system or symptom resolution. Health emerges from a nourished, supported ecosystem—one shaped by physiology, nourishment, relationships, environment, rhythm, and meaningful experiences.

In our work together, we attend to the whole of your life, understanding that what happens in one domain inevitably shapes every other. The areas below reflect the landscapes of care I most often move within.

DISCOVERY CALL

Our complimentary discovery call is a 20 minute Zoom conversation held as a gentle point of entry into working together. It is a space for you to share your experience, your questions, and what feels most pressing in your health. I will listen carefully and offer an initial sense of how our work together might unfold.

CONSULTATION
$550 | 90 minutes

This is a spacious, one-time session for women seeking thoughtful analysis, meaningful direction, and a clearer understanding of what may come next. Before we meet, I will review your intake materials and any relevant health history, laboratory work, or records you choose to share. During our conversation, we will consider the full ecosystem surrounding your concerns—including physiology, nourishment, daily rhythms, relationships, environment, and emotional experience—and identify the questions, priorities, and next steps most worthy of your attention. You will leave with a written synthesis of our conversation and a grounded path forward.

Should you decide that you would like to continue into a longer private engagement, $300 of your consultation fee will be credited toward a consulting package when you enroll within seven days.

THREE MONTH ENGAGEMENT
$3,800 | 12 weeks

This offers a concentrated period of close, attentive support for a woman moving through a particular health concern, transition, or threshold. We begin with an extended consultation devoted to understanding the landscape of your life and health, followed by five private sessions held at a thoughtful rhythm over twelve weeks. Between sessions, I remain available for considered communication as questions arise, new information emerges, and the work begins to take root in daily life. This engagement is intended to bring coherence to what may feel fragmented, clarify the relationship between your symptoms and circumstances, and help you establish a sustainable way forward.

SIX MONTH ENGAGEMENT
$7,200 | 24 weeks

My most comprehensive offering and the heart of my practice, it is designed for women who desire the continuity, trust, and spaciousness required for meaningful change—particularly when navigating fertility, reproductive challenges, hormonal concerns, matrescence, or a more complex season of health. Over six months, we meet for an extended initial consultation and eleven private follow-up sessions, with thoughtful communication available between our meetings. This longer container allows us to move beyond isolated symptoms or temporary interventions and attend carefully to the patterns, conditions, and rhythms shaping your wellbeing. Our work unfolds with patience and precision, allowing insight to become practice and practice to become a more deeply supported way of living.

INTENSIVE
$3,200 | 2 weeks | available by application

The Private Intensive offers close-access support during a brief and particularly consequential season. It is intended for women moving through a time-sensitive decision, treatment cycle, significant appointment, unexpected change, or other period in which greater continuity and responsiveness would feel especially valuable.

We begin with an extended private consultation devoted to understanding what is unfolding, clarifying the decisions or questions immediately before you, and establishing a focused plan for the two weeks ahead. During the intensive, I remain closely available through scheduled conversations and unlimited voice note, text, or email communication during business hours, 7 days a week, allowing us to respond to new information, prepare for appointments, refine questions, and make sense of the experience as it develops. We conclude with a final session and written synthesis to help you carry the work forward with greater steadiness and clarity.

Because this offering requires substantial availability and close attention, I accept only a small number of Intensives and offer them selectively, as my schedule allows. It is available following a consultation or to women who have previously worked with me.

ALUMNI SESSIONS
$300 | 50 minutes

Alumni sessions are available to those who have completed a package of consultations and wish to return for periodic support without entering another formal engagement. These sessions offer a familiar place to revisit your health, respond to new circumstances, review recent information, or refine the practices and priorities established during our earlier work. Because I already hold the context of your history, our time can remain focused, intimate, and responsive to the season you are presently moving through.

A NOTE ON PRIVATE CARE

Private care extends beyond the time we spend together in scheduled sessions. Throughout the three- and six-month engagements, you will have ongoing access to me through text, voice notes, and email, allowing our work to remain responsive to the questions, decisions, and changes that arise between meetings. Brief texts and voice notes are welcome during business hours, while email correspondence is available as often as needed. I respond within one business day, and often much sooner.

When relevant, our work may also include review of newly received laboratory results, medical records, or appointment notes; preparation for conversations with your healthcare providers; personalized reading and resources; and brief written reflections or summaries to help you remain oriented to the larger arc of our work.

Sessions are offered virtually and, when possible, in person. In-person consultations and private support may be available to clients in New York City and select locations in Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey by prior arrangement. Additional time and travel fees may apply.

My work is educational and supportive in nature and does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or care from your licensed healthcare providers. When appropriate, I will encourage you to involve or consult the clinicians and specialists best equipped to support your needs.
