After a decade of supporting women’s wellbeing, I have honed a tender-hearted and deeply attuned method of caring for my clients, many of whom have been misdiagnosed, dismissed, or hurt by the medical system.

My practice offers an intimate, gentle, and heart-centered approach in which my clinical rigor is paired with your somatic intelligence and emotional intuition in service of your health goals.

Together we will consider the ecosystem of your life in relation to your challenges and ideal outcomes, treating symptoms as intelligent information. I offer kind, long-horizon care for sustainable and transformative results.

Tending to women and the most intimate facet of their lives has been my calling since I was a teenager, reading books like Spiritual Midwifery and understanding that attentive connection, being seen, and rituals of meaning-making should never be separate from medical care, healing, and flourishing.

If this resonates with the care you seek, please reach out to me by email or book a discovery call. We all need trusted advocates on our team; I am here to be that person for you.

I welcome all who identify as a woman with open arms into my practice.

“After hitting a wall with my doctors and all the resources I explored, I tried coaching as a last resort because I wanted to empower myself to take my health into my own hands. I didn’t realize I would find such a kind and compassionate friend who helped me find health in my life by making big and subtle changes, in ways I never thought possible. It sounds cheesy but if you’ve been putting off your health because you’re overwhelmed you need to work with Jennie! I’m so glad I did.” —Sara

“I am so grateful to have met Jennie and worked with her for a few months. Her support and guidance have truly been a beacon of light during a challenging time for me. Going through fertility issues can feel isolating and lonely, but her empathy, expertise and encouragement have made such an impact on me. Jennie taught me to nourish myself in ways I hadn't even considered, and I continue to apply her knowledge daily. My nervous system feels more regulated, and I am beginning to surrender and I feel hopeful about my life and bringing my baby into the world.” —Scarlett

“When I wanted to have a baby in my late thirties I knew I needed to start taking care of myself because I had never really prioritized my health. Working with Jennie on my sobriety was the first step, and it took 18 months but I couldn’t have done it without her encouragement and accountability. Not only that but she taught me to cook, shop for health groceries and organize my pantry — from Zoom! I still send her photos of my meals because I’M PROUD OF MYSELF and I owe it, in part, to her as my coach. Thank you!” —Mia

“There are so many wellness influencers out there I was skeptical about working with a health coach, but I’m here to say that Jennie is the real deal. She knows the science and she’s grounded, but she also trusts in intuition and experience. I loved that I could trust her, but also be vulnerable with where I was coming from and what mattered to me.” —Brit

“I’ve been working with Jennie since 2023 and I could totally stop coaching and maintain my weight and exercise habits on my own, but she’s just so nice to talk to that I don’t plan on giving up this inspirational and motivational hour in my month anytime soon!” —Sarah

“When I first came to Jennie I had debilitating digestive issues and really thought that I would never live a normal life. Not only did she support and listen to me, but she combed through every test and trial I went through. We also did an elimination diet, which was hard but being able to text and send voice notes with a coach really got me through it. It was a crazy time, but I think I found so much peace working with Jennie. She’s really a one-of-a-kind listener. After almost a year, my symptoms are completely gone. I have a “strict” regimen I need to follow because I’ve identified all my triggers and a lot of them are my favorite things like gluten and alcohol and sugar! I would probably still be bloated and in pain without Jennie because I would not know where to start and how to live with all my modifications I need to have being a busy working mom. I am so so grateful I have my life back.” —Eleanor

My work centers women’s reproductive and hormonal health, with particular depth in fertility and fertility challenges. I hold, however, that true wellbeing is never isolated to a single system or symptom resolution. Health emerges from a nourished, supported ecosystem—one shaped by physiology, nourishment, relationships, environment, rhythm, and meaningful experiences.

In our work together, we attend to the whole of your life, understanding that what happens in one domain inevitably shapes every other. The areas below reflect the landscapes of care I most often move within.
